DMCA Policy
Scénarios Groupe 1 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Scénarios Groupe 1 will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Scénarios Groupe 1 service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Scénarios Groupe 1's Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Scénarios Groupe 1's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Scénarios Groupe 1 will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. This could be a link to the original work, a description of the work, or other relevant information.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Scénarios Groupe 1 to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the material on the Scénarios Groupe 1 website).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
How to Submit a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, containing the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Scénarios Groupe 1 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
